The spelling is fine! ماشاء الله (Masha'Allah) directly translates to "God (Allah) has willed it." It is a term used when you see/hear something good. Its direct translation refers to the fact that Allah is the one who has given us these good things. For example if you see a beautiful flower, you would say something like, "This looks very pretty, Mash'Allah!" By this you're showing appreciation for the beauty that Allah has given the flower.

Similarly, the term ان شاء الله (Insha'Allah) directly translates to "If God (Allah) wills it." This term is used for talking about the future. If you say something like, "I will become a doctor, Insha'Allah" it is because the future is uncertain. Only Allah knows what will happen, and if Allah has planned this future for you, then it will happen.
